Terms and Conditions for SIRBX

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SIRBX app and services (“Services”), provided by Establishment AlSarb AlMajhool (“SIRBX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SIRBX offers mobile vehicle maintenance and inspection services—including oil changes, filter replacements, battery checks, tire rotations, fluid top-ups, and other periodic or mileage-based services—for both gasoline and electric vehicles. All services are delivered on-site by qualified technicians dispatched to your chosen location.

2. User Account

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your name, contact details, car make/model/year/engine type, VIN, mileage, and plate number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to impersonate others or provide false information.

3. Booking and Service Requests

You can book a service through the app by selecting your car, choosing services or mileage-based maintenance, selecting parts, choosing a time and location, and confirming payment. Availability is based on technician coverage in your selected area.

4. Service Area

SIRBX operates only in supported service zones. During booking, we will notify you if your selected location is not currently covered. We may update service coverage from time to time.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through the app using accepted payment methods. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including service fees and applicable taxes. A temporary hold may be placed prior to service. Final charges are processed after job completion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. If a technician arrives and is unable to perform service due to incorrect information or inaccessible location, a minimum service charge may apply.

7. Technician Arrival and Conduct

Technicians will arrive within the scheduled window. You agree to provide access to the vehicle and a safe working area. If unavailable or access refused, the technician may cancel and a fee may be charged.

8. Service Limitations

We may refuse or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, incompatible vehicles, weather, or other limitations. Some repairs may require shop-based service.

9. Parts and Warranties

You may select from available parts. All parts and labor are covered by a limited warranty of 3 months or 5,000 km. Parts may carry their own manufacturer warranties.

10. Returns & Refunds

If work is deficient, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review and may dispatch a technician to re-perform at no additional labor cost. Refunds are processed only after review and back to original payment method.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact details, ensuring accessibility, verifying service area, and treating technicians respectfully.

12. Liability Disclaimer

SIRBX provides services on an “as-is” basis. Except as stated in warranty, we disclaim all warranties. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks and technology are owned by SIRBX or licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or non-payment.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use means acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Saudi law. Disputes shall be resolved by competent Saudi authorities or arbitration where applicable.
